1. How long will my order take to be made?
We have a turn around time of two weeks. This is usually much faster but we have a two week policy just in case the uncontrollable happens. Certain products (such as wedding items) may take longer depending on the quantity of the order. If you are needing something quickly, please contact us and add this to your cart notes. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

2. What are my shipping options?
We ship via Australia post and have both regular and express options available.

3. Do you have After-pay?
No, not yet but it is coming.

4. Can I order a design not listed on the website?

Absolutely! We actually encourage this. If you are after a design or item not listed, we are more than happy to help you create it. Simply send us a message on Facebook or Instagram and we can work together in creating the perfect piece.

5. Wedding Orders
We have a wide range of wedding items which are not listed on the website. This is due to each product being carefully made to order to suit the bride and groom. We have a range of menu signs, bar signs, place cards, welcome signs, seating charts, glassware, sashes, groomsman socks, stubbies, etc.
